How has this not been a title to one of my posts before? Seriously.
Today's Enrichment was AWESOME; I especially loved the fruit: an incredible platter of fresh goodness--pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, canteloupe, grapes, apples, bananas, etc.--along with Kendra's awesome dip, and croissants stuffed with chicken salad and baked. Seriously awesome. I might've overeaten. Just maybe. And I might've had eight of those stuffed croissant things. (don't worry, I only got more once I saw everyone else had had seconds and there were still plenty left!) Classic quote:
Nicole: I hope everyone's enjoyed their lunch.
Lindsey: (under her breath) Laura did.
So true.

Yay I like your blog. I am totally adding you as my blog friend. This is a funny story. Had I been able to attend I'm sure I could have given you a run for your money in the eating department.
He he he...that is the best thing. If I had heard her say that, I would've laughed SOOOO hard. It would've been loud, ugly, and largely inappropriate for an enrichment meeting. :)

Liz, you were absolutely on a roll today at Enrichment! I'm guessing you were probably just saying something hilarious yourself as Lindsey was making her hilarious comment. And you know how much I love your loud, ugly, and largely inappropriate laughs (especially when they're slightly--or very--delayed). =)
