Food XIX

Here's my yummy dinner both last night and tonight: my famous Thai Beef Salad! Famous mostly because it took me SEVERAL tries to get the right amount of chili paste--before that my poor friends had to endure the most killer heat in a salad they'd ever experienced.

"Maybe next time we can have the cucumber salad before the beef one so we can actually taste it."
