Granola

I realized something kind of cool about granola today. (quick note: I don't eat granola in milk; I either eat it plain or with blueberries on top) Even if stale, you can't really tell. It's still hard and crunchy. Good to know . . .

That is a valuable thought. I never really thought about what happens to granola when it gets stale, but you're right--probably not much. I wonder if there are other foods like that...

I love crunchy granola. I bet I've eaten a lot of stale granola in my lifetime.
