Apparently I'm still six . . .

I was walking out the door today to, you know, go to work, when Mom handed me a sandwich bag and said, "Here, I made you a snack!"

Yep, ladies and gentlemen (or gentleman, if you're the only man still reading this blog, Tod), I'm six years old all over again. It's just too bad she didn't throw in a lunch pail and a thermos. That would've been the best!

Did you have a Hello Kitty lunch box when you were a kid? I miss having a lunch box. They were the bomb. And so green. Way ahead of their time.

I was really hoping you were going to say that she put it in a lunch box! I LOVE lunch boxes. I'm so excited for my kids to reach lunch box age. I might even have to buy one for myself :)

I had a Strawberry Shortcake one. And Rainbow Brite. And I'm jealous, I want a snack from my mom! Or your mom...I just may need to come down. :)

Wendy, I think I had He-Man but I thought the Hello Kitty one was so cute! I wouldn't have been caught dead with something so girly when I was little, but now? Bring it!

Tracy! Seriously, will you please buy yourself a lunch box? If you will, I will, too!

Kath, DO IT! It's been too long. :)

Lunch pails are awesome. There is a restaurant in Modesto called the "lunch pail". They have tons of lunch pails that will make one extremely nostalgic (not to mention an apple dumpling that is to DIE for)
