Cafe Rio, You Have Competition . . .

For my favorite salad of all time. Anyone been to Urban Thai? I had THE most amazing salad there, but you'd have no idea about its amazingness by reading the description alone. It's something like the House Mixed Greens Salad with Peanut Dressing, or something vague and non-descript like that. But the next 10-15 minutes of my life were pretty much amazing. Seriously, if anyone wants to try the salad, I will go with you. Because that's the kind of friend I am.

Ooohh, I want to try it. You love yummy food and I love yummy food! Too bad they aren't in Utah. I just checked the website! When I come to CA, it's all me! :)

I love that you not only posted this in your facebook status, but you blogged about it. So classic Laura when good food is involved. Wow, I miss you.

I think that you should come to Cafe Rio to make a good comparison. I mean, it has been MONTHS since you've had Cafe Rio.

Ooooh - pick me, pick me! What's in it that causes the salad to be all kinds of awesomeness?

Jocee B, it's ALL you when you come visit. =)

Morgan, I love you. You *get* me. And I so owe you an email. Holy cow, I'm the worst emailer-backer ever this month.

Liz, you are so true. You know I need no convincing to visit you in UT; I just need $$!

Christa, I know I won't do any justice in trying to describe it, so let's go next week! I'm trying to think, though. Mixed greens, bean sprouts, mango, cucumbers, radishes, those crispy little fried chip things, and other bits. Seriously, I'm butchering it here. Then the dressing is a light peanut sauce with a hint of lime. Yeah, I'm killing it. WE MUST GO. =)
