As of right now, everything's looking good for Kobe. We'll still need another day or two to see if there's any nerve damage from the surgery, but the early signs show he should be okay there. Keep your fingers crossed! In the next two weeks we have to look out for infection and all sorts of other issues, but if he's good at the end of those two weeks, he'll be good to go! He's totally drugged up, totally out of it, and totally taking my parking place in the garage.
It's totally worth it.
