Anyone else watch the Grey's/Private Practice crossover tonight? I absolutely LOVED the episodes. Grey's has really slipped for me the last couple of years, but tonight was essentially everything I love or have loved about the show: a great Derek storyline, great Addison scenes, Callie-Addison, Alex-Addison, funny Bailey, cool Sam-Bailey stuff, great Sloan/Addie/Bailey one-liners, interesting Hunt/Cristina stuff, and funny Izzie, with *minimal* George and Meredith. It's like my dream episode.
Honestly, I wish this could be Grey's every week, even though the name would obviously have to change. But tonight's Grey's had a fun energy to me and wasn't bogged down by Meredith's self-involved, complaining, narcissistic, pouty, whining patheticness (though she did try). Clearly, I watch the show in spite of Meredith, not because of her. Bring on more Addison! Seriously, I'd be so okay with an Addison, Derek, Callie, Bailey, Sloan, Sam, Naomi show. (I might've forgotten one or two). But please, can we get rid of Meredith? She annoys me.

Yeah, I don't watch Grey's, but it's my understanding that Meredith is like the main character, so I think it'd probably be difficult to get rid of her...I suppose you can dream though, right? :)
Yes, Meredith complains, and it can be annoying. But I like her. I like her and Christina's weird sarcastic friendship. I like the horrible and dramatic things that happen to her- cause let's face it, they're interesting, and at least they're not happening to me. But Callie- I would like you if you weren't a lesbian. People can make their own decisions, but I just don't wanna see that. And Naomi? Let's just say Private Practice isn't my fav. So Addison, come back. Just come back, work at Seattle Grace, save babies- and maybe bring Sam. He is nice to look at.
George- I love you. You are a comedic wide-eyed little doe. And who doesn't like that...other than Laura.
Derek- You are pretty.
Sloan- You are too, but you need to grow up.
Little Grey- Now what is going on here, child?...but who can blame you, I guess. Your mom died of hiccups.
Izzy- Wake up. You have a brain tumor.
Stupid blond intern- Get out of the hospital. You don't know what you are doing.
Hunt- I think I feel like you are weird. To Be Continued...

Dr. Bailey- please be my aunt, or my mama, or my Godmama, or whoever. Because you are hilarious and I want to know you.

Liz, exactly, that's my dilemma! I love the show but HATE the main character. Kinda like Felicity. Oy. ALTHOUGH, Meredith does have a half-sister on the show. Theoretically, Meredith could be killed off in a tragic and dramatic sweeps episode, and it could still be called Grey's Anatomy because LittleGrey will still be there.
Kendra! I love you. I do admit I like Meredith and Cristina's friendship. I just don't like Meredith getting any more screen time than two seconds and episode. I loved Callie before they lesbianized her. What happened to the awesome Callie from Season 2--she ROCKED! I liked Addison at Seattle Grace far more than I like her at Oceanside Wellness. She rocks SGH. Bring Sam. And I like looking at Dell, so bring him, too.
I like LittleGrey. I think she's funny.
I like Sloan with Callie.
I really like Izzy, but I don't know why. Though this brain tumor/Denny thing is driving me nuts. I do like it when she bakes, though. She's funny when she's baking.
Melissa George is awful. Ruins every episode of every show she's on.
Bailey rocks.
I still hate Melissa George from Alias. It won't matter what she's on in the future--she married Vaughn and stole him from Sydney! Pure evil, that woman...
